7.3 Display Elements
(10) Remote LED
Shows that the device was set into remote mode via the RS232 or IEEE
interface.
(11) Talk LED
Shows that information is sent by the device via the RS232 or IEEE interface.
(12) Listen LED
Shows that information is received by the device via the RS232 or IEEE
interface.
(13) Special condition LED
In case that this LED should flash in combination with an error message at the
set temp display (17), it is necessary to turn off the power to reset the error.
(14) Actual temperature Display
Shows the actual temperature that is measured at the chuck surface.
(15) Control Status Display
ÿ arrow up - device is heating
= equal sign - temperature is in adjusted range
 arrow down - device is cooling
(16) Dewpoint Display
Shows the actual dewpoint measured in the probing area
(17) Set Temperature Display
Shows the active set temperature. In enter mode stored or changed values are
shown.
In case of temperature errors this display will show error codes.

(18) Device Status Display
shows the actual working state of the controller
L (default) wide range usage
H hight temperature usage only (chiller off)
