11 Error messages
If the special condition LED (13) flashes and a error message is displayed, this
means that this error is a dead end error. To reset the error condition cycle power
switch of SP72 controller.

Error message Problem Solution
"Er01" The chuck temperature has
passed the maximum
temperature limit by more than
1°C.
This is just a warning
message. It will disappear if
the temperature drops below
maximum.
"Er02" The analog/digital-circuit,
controlling the chuck
temperature recognizes an
overflow.
(Dead end error).
The wire connection to the
chuck is broken or grounded.
Check the chuck cables.
"Er03" The analog/digital-circuit,
controlling the chuck
temperature recognizes an
underflow.
(Dead end error).
The wire connection to the
chuck is broken or grounded.
Check the chuck cables.
"Er06" The chuck temperature has
passed the maximum
temperature limit by more than
2°C. (Dead end error).
Switch the unit off for some
minutes, then switch on
again. If the system
immediately starts heating
again, change transistors of
power amplifier or replace the
power amplifier.
