Error message Problem Solution
"Er08" Communication to Chiller 03 is
interrupted.
Check the electrical
connection between Chiller
03 and Controller SP72.
"Er18" Dew point sensor cable is
broken or dew point sensor is
defective.
Check dew point sensor
cable for damages.
Check XC32 for loose
connection.
"Er40" Self diagnosis has recognized a
malfunction of the A/D-
Converter for chuck
temperature control.
(Dead end error).
Switch the unit off and on
again.
Call ERS
®
electronic GmbH
for support if the problem
persists.
(see chapter 11.1.2)
"Er61" The power amplifier NB1 for
Chuck heating has a internal
short circuit. The controller will
shut off the chuck power
supply. (Dead end error)
Change both transistors at
the power amplifier or replace
the power amplifier.
(see chapter 11.1.1 or2)
"Er62" No current flow through chuck
supply cable. The controller will
shut off the chuck power
supply. (Dead end error)
Check wiring to chuck for cut
or unplugged lines.
Check Fuse F6
"Er99"
System setup error caused by
micro controller malfunction.
