F7 Fitting the Fascia
Bevelled Lite
To avoid scratches or knocks to the fascia panels of this heater
they must be fitted at the complete conclusion of the installa-
tion process, after wall linings are in place.
Note: Never ever rub the fascia.
Step 1: Ensure the plastic spacer is placed on
the thread of the studs.
Step 2: Screw and tighten the 2 studs with
spacers onto the back of the fascia.
Step 3: Rivet the 2x spring clips onto the bracket on
top of chassis of the appliance as shown
Step 4: After the 10-15mm thick wall has been finished, the
fascia clips onto the appliance as shown. Note: wall linings larger
than 10mm may require the ‘Linear Trim’ available from your
local dealer to hide any exposed wall lining.
Linear Trim
To install the Gib Trim onto the DS1400, Hook the bottom edge over the bottom trim first and push
the top edge up and flush with the wall cladding.
