the process views. Since this general device status is derived from the status signal of the highest
priority active message, there is a direct connection between the device status and the associated
message at any time.
The right-hand key can be used to switch from one message to the next with lower priority. The left key
can be used to switch from one message to the next with the highest priority. When the message views
are exited, the last visible process view is displayed

Status signals in accordance with NAMUR recommendation NE 107
The messages are assigned to one of the following 4 status signals in accordance with NAMUR
recommendation NE 107

Message groups
The message groups facilitate classification in the evaluation and troubleshooting.
The message groups are based on the possible error sources of the NAMUR recommendation NE 107.
Message group Description
Drive Messages that refer to the pneumatic positioning system or the drive.
Configure Messages that refer to the missing or incorrect configuration of the posi-
tioner.
Electronics Messages that are due to errors in the electronics.
Operating conditions Messages that are the result of non-compliance with the specified oper-
ating conditions.
Process Messages that affect the process.
Sensor Messages that affect the position sensor, pressure sensor or temperature
sensor.
