3.4 Error treatment
In the case of the following faults, the reaction of the
CP system depends on the configured reaction of the
master module.
– telegram failure
– master stop
– interruption in bus cable
Depending on the setting or the configuration, all the
outputs (valves and electrical outputs) will be switched
off or maintain their status.
WARNING
•
Make sure that the valves and outputs are reset
after rectifying the above mentioned faults.
Dangerous situations can arise if the valves and out-
puts are not reset after one of the above faults.
PLEASE NOTE
Single solenoid valves move to the basic position;
double solenoid valves remain in the current
position. If mid-position functions are implemented by
CP valves, these will move to defined positions (ex-
hausted, pressurized, blocked)
