Maintenance (to perform every 600h)
Motor carbon brushes replacement:
Procedure:
• Put the machine in safe conditions.
• Remove the traction unit from the
machine (see section 5.4.4 at page 30).
• Mark the correct positioning of the
motor hood before proceeding in the
operation (see fig. 9.4.4-139).

• Remove the plastic side covers and
unscrew the screws that secure the
hood to the motor (see fig. 9.4.4-140),(see fig.
9.4.4-141).
• Remove the connectors that fix the
carbon brushes to the mains supply
and remove the carbon brushes from
the body of the hood (do not miss the
compensating ring) (see fig. 9.4.4-142).
• Replace the carbon brushes being
careful not to ruin them during as-
sembly (see fig. 9.4.4-143).
• Proceed to the reverse operations to
reassemble everything.

Check (to perform every 150h)
The wheel surface, must always be in
good condition.
