11.3 Onboard Charger Kit

11.3.1 Description
The machine is available in C.B. ver-
sion which is the version with the built
in charger. Anyway, in a standard ma-
chine, the battery charger can be fitted
afterwards by acting as follows.
11.3.2 Machine Preparation
Before to start the kit installation is
mandatory to put the machine in safe
condition. Switch off the machine and
unplug the battery cable.
11.3.3 Installing instructions
• Check that the set up of the charger
matches the battery actually in-
stalled on the machine (see section 6.4.2
at page 46).
• Fit the charger into the housing and
fasten it with the 4 supplied screws,
taking care to add the two washers
on the slots.
• Mount the base on the housing,
tightening the screw in the insert.
Connect the battery charger cables

• Connect the charger power cable to
the cables XCB of the machine har-
ness.
• Connect the safety contact cables to
the cables XCBR of the machine har-
ness.
• Secure the cables to the clips with
plastic ties.
• Reconnect the battery cables and
proceed to a functional check of the
machine.
