GeniusXLWindowsUtilityprogram.ItwillautomaticallydiscoveryourTunerGeniusXLtuner,

andyoushouldseesomethinglikethis:

 Double‐checkyournetworkconnectionsandcables.

 EnsuretheTunerGeniusXL

ispoweredonandanIPaddressisdisplayedonthefrontpanel.

 CheckthatthePC'sfirewallisconfiguredtoallowtheTunerGeniusXLWindowsUtilitytocommunicate

overyournetwork.Thefirewallisusuallyconfiguredduringtheuti lity installationprocess.

 CheckthatyourPCand

TunerGeniusXLsharethesamelogicalnetwork.Forexample,theIPaddressof

yourPCandtheTunerGeniusXLshouldbesimilar,althoughnotidentical.
