11. Set the spectrum analyzer as follows:
PRESET
EXT REF On
COUPLING DC
REF LVL +30 dBm
FREQ 5 GHz
SPAN 50 kHz
BW 100 Hz
12. On the Spectrum Analyzer push the MKR (marker) key and then select
SIGNAL COUNT from the marker menu. Push the NEXT key and select CNT
RESOL 0.1HZ from the counter resolution menu.
13. Allow the Spectrum Analyzer sweep to complete. Do a marker peak search
(marker to peak), then complete another sweep to obtain a signal frequency
result.
14. Note the Spectrum Analyzer frequency count result and check that the
frequency count value is within the tolerance listed in Table 3-28
15. Set the UUT output frequency and the spectrum analyzer center frequency to
the next frequency listed in part B of Table 3-28.
16. Repeat steps 13 to 15.
17. Set the UUT output to STBY. Remove all connections.
