iTuner Manual
23
Remarks:
Use the status command to monitor the status of the tuner. Initialization,
positioning and tuning commands (INIT,POS,MOVE,TUNE_TO etc) start instruct
the motor control electronics to start the requested movement. The tuner
continues listening to and executing incoming commands even while the motors
are busy. The POS? commands returns the instantaneous position of the motor(s)
at the time the command is send, thus one can monitor the tuner movement in
real-time. The GAMMA? Command also returns the reflection coefficient seen at
the reference port at the time of the command.
It is very important that the tuner has completed all movements before
triggering any measurements.
Examples:
STATUS: 0x00
STATUS: 0x01
STATUS: 0x03
All motors idle
motor#1 busy, motor#2 idle
motor#1 and motor#2 busy
