DriveAwayAssist is onlyavailable forvehi‐
cles withautomatic transmission.
DriveAwayAssist can reduce theseverity of an
impact when pulling away.Ifanobstacle is detec‐
tedinthe direction of travel, thevehicle's speed
is briefly reduced to approximately 1mph
(2 km/h). If acritical situation is detected, asym‐
bol appears on thecamera imageofthe multime‐
dia system.
