To switchbetween thesettings: press and
hold the % and & buttons at thesame
time forapproximately six seconds until the
batterychecklampflashes twice.
When theunlocking function is selected forthe
driver's door or thedriver's and co-driver door:

unlocks thevehicle centrally
Reducing the energy consumption of the
SmartKey
If youdonot use thevehicle or aSmartKey foran
extendedperiod,you maydeactivatethe KEY‐
LESS STARTfunctionofthe SmartKey.

To deactivate: press the & button on the
SmartKey twice in quicksuccession.
The batterychecklamponthe SmartKey
lightsuptwicequicklyand oncefor longer.

To activate: press anybutton on theSmart‐
Key.
When startingthe vehicle withthe SmartKey in
theslotinthe shiftconsole, theSmartKey func‐
tions areactivated automatically.
Removing and inserting themechanical key

Mechanical key 1 is pushed slightly out.

Pull mechanical key 1 out completely.

To insert: press release button 2.

Slide mechanical key 1 in completely untilit
