Make sure that the teeth of the toothed belt

terlock with the teeth of the belt clamping
device!
10. Then aach the knurled knobs to the holders of the sieve cover!

y turning the knurled knobs to the right, ghten the sieve stack
evenly unl the toothed belts are ghtly clamped!
If the two toothed belts are not evenly clamped,
it is possible that the sie
ving stock will not be dis‐
tributed evenly across the sieve surface.
12. Loosen the sie
ve tensioning system aer sieving:
Unscrew both knurled knobs by turning them to the le in parallel
unl the knurled knobs can be removed from the holders on the
sieve cover. Remove the knurled knobs with tension belt ng
from the clamping lid and place them beside the machine. Take
down the sieve set completely and weigh it.
6.1.2 Mulple sieving
Due to the special shape of the intermediate sieve pan, two or three siev-
ings (two or three sieve sets on top of each other) can be carried out in a
single step.
Setup example:
Sieve pan with 2 sieves and sample, intermediate sieve pan with 2 sieves
and sample on top of that, the intermediate sieve pan with 2 sieves and
sample material on top of that again.
