What to do if scanning does not start on Fujitsu ScanSnap S510?

If scanning doesn't start on your Fujitsu Scanner, check that the USB cable is correctly connected, especially if using a hub (ensure the hub has power). Disconnect and reconnect the power cable, waiting at least 5 seconds. If the ScanSnap Manager icon isn't visible, start it from [Start] > [All Programs] > [ScanSnap Manager] > [ScanSnap Manager]. Additionally, close the "ScanSnap Manager - Scan and Save Settings" window before scanning.
