Operating data should be recorded to permit an evaluation of the equipment performance and maintenance
requirements. Data should be recorded after the gas turbine has reached steady-state at each load condi-
tion. Steady-state is defined as no more than a 5
°F change in wheelspace temperature for a 15-minute inter-
val.
