6 After you confirm that the IP address of the laptop has been set to 10.5.48.X, open a web
browser.
7 In the address bar of the web browser, enter 10.5.48.1 and press Enter, or click Go. The
username or password screen appears.
8 Enter admin in the Username field and GVR2Tech07 in the Password field. The Linksys
Router Configuration screen appears.

9 Select Setup.
10 From the list of options, select Obtain an IP automatically for Internet Connection Type.
11 In the Subnet Mask field, select 255.255.255.0 from the list of options.
12 Click Save Settings. The Linksys Router Configuration screen appears.
13 In the Start IP Address field, enter 120 to configure the IP address as 10.5.48.120.
14 Click Save Settings.
Note: The page may not be displayed till you release and renew the IP address information or

eboot the laptop.
