Improper
operation
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to improper operation!
Improper operation may cause serious personal injury or property damage.
Therefore:
– The machine may only be operated by one person.
– Perform all operating steps following the information provided in the operating
instructions.
– Before beginning to work, make sure that all covers and safety fixtures are installed and
function properly.
– Never disable any safety fixtures during operation.
– Keep the work area tidy and clean! Components lying loosely about or on top of each
other may lead to accidents.
6.2 Initial operation
The machine has only been partially assembled by the manufacturer.
1. Take the machine out of its packaging and assemble it following the included drawing "Assembly MS 100".
Tightening torque for M6 => 10Nm
Tightening torque for M8 => 25Nm
2. Check the cup grinding wheel for damages.
3. Attach the power plug.
Select the power plug that matches the model of the motor and the country in which the machine is used.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to improper installation of the electrical system!
The installation has to be performed by a trained electrician!
We strongly recommend that you protect the corresponding connection from moisture and contamination.
