Description
Sets the Delay Time in seconds for turning the
output off. The delay is set to 0.000 by default.

Parameter <NRf>
0.00~99.99 seconds, where 0=no delay.
Return parameter <NRf>
Returns the delay off time in seconds until the
output is turned off.

Sets the PSW output mode. This is the equivalent
to the F-03 (V-I Mode Slew Rate Select) settings.
