1. Routine Maintenance Guide
It is recommended that end users have this sheet printed and placed nearby the operation
bracket, carefully execute the maintenance job and make notes.
Cleaning printer appearance
Check if there is ink in the air tube
Clean the platform and the sucking holes
Clean the quartz glass and the printhead tray
Cleaning the towline and check if there is any leakage of tubes
Execute calibration and alignment
Clean the waste ink collection
Replace the filtration fiber
Clean the fans and internal device
Lubricate the rolling or moving parts
Check and see the joints of tubes
Replace the shutter of UV lamp assembly
Replace the pump and filter
Replace the optical fiber
Reset the pressure indicator
Replace the quartz glass of UV lamp
