3.1.1 S/G full bridge
S/G transducers - whether half bridge, full bridge or single S/G - are
passive transducers with the following features:
They must be supplied with an excitation voltage
They are S/G full bridges
A transducer is characterised by the following data
- Nominal load (e.g. 20kg)
- Nominal sensitivity (for S/G transducers e.g. 2mV/V)
- Resistance: maximum 1k, minimum 120
Typical S/G transducers are load cells and force transducers.
