Remove the dowel pins (10) and gasket

• Reinstall the filter screen with the tapered
end facing in.
•
Remove the oil filter screen (12) and wash
it in clean non flammable or high flash point
solvent (kerosene).
• Remove centrifugal filter cover with gasket
(13) & clean the centrifugal filter (14)
with non flammable or high flash point
solvent (kerosene).

• Reinstall the centrifugal filter cover with new
gasket.
• Install the new dowel pins & gasket, right
crankcase cover and connect the clutch
cable.
• Install the oil cooler hoses by tightening its
bolt.
• Install the footrest bracket assembly.
Swingarm nut torque: 5.4 kgf-m
• Install and tighten the rider footrest bracket
cover bolt, rider footrest bracket bolt and
swingarm nut.
