• Install the side stand switch bolts.
• Reinstall the centrifugal filter cover with new
gasket.
• Fill the crankcase with clean engine oil as
per specification (page 36).
• Install the new dowel pins & gasket, right
crankcase cover and connect the clutch
cable.
• Install kick stopper with side stand, kick start
pedal and exhaust muffler.

• Remove centrifugal filter cover (10) &
clean the centrifugal filter (11) with non
flammable or high flash point solvent
(kerosene).
• Reinstall the filter screen with the tapered
end facing in.
• Ensure to replace gasket & dowel pin with
new one once removed
• Clean filters as specified in the maintenance
schedule.
NOTE
AIR CLEANER
The air cleaner is wet paper pleated type filter
which has enhances filtering efficiency. The
air cleaner replacedshould be at regular
intervals When riding in dusty (page 33).
