Storage
• Storage temperature and humidity should be kept between -20
and 50°C, at less than 80% RH.
• Do not store or use the product where it could be exposed to
direct sunlight, high temperature or humidity, or condensation.
Under such conditions, the product may be damaged and insula-
tion may deteriorate so that it no longer meets specifications.
• We recommend removing the battery pack when storing the
instrument. However, the battery pack is subject to self-dis-
charge. So when storing the battery pack for a long time, charge
the battery at least once every two months.
• When storing the instrument for a long time (six months or more),
the specifications are no longer guaranteed. Therefore, before
use, have the instrument recalibrated.

9.1 Cleaning and Storage
• To clean the product, wipe it gently with a soft cloth moistened
with water or mild detergent. Never use solvents such as ben-
zene, alcohol, acetone, ether, ketones, thinners or gasoline, as
they can deform and discolor the case.
• Wipe the LCD gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Measurements are degraded by dirt on the mating surfaces of
the clamp-on sensor, so keep the surfaces clean by gently wip-
ing with a soft cloth.
