Operating Precautions
Follow these precautions to ensure safe operation and to obtain the full benets of the various
functions.
Inspection before use
WARNING
Ifthemeasurementcableortheinstrumentisdamaged,thereisariskofelectric
shock.Beforeusingtheinstrumentperformthefollowinginspection.
•
Beforeusingtheinstrument,makesurethattheinsulationonthecablesare
undamagedandthatnobareconductorsareimproperlyexposed.Usingthe
instrumentundersuchconditionscouldresultinelectricshock.Replacethe
cablewiththosespeciedbyourcompany.
•
Topreventanelectricshock,conrmthatthewhiteportion(insulationlayer)
insidethecableisnotexposed.Ifacolorinsidethecableisexposed,donot
use the cable.

Beforeusingtheinstrumentforthersttime,verifythatitoperatesnormally
toensurethatnodamageoccurredduringstorageorshipping.Ifyoundany
damage,contactyourauthorizedHiokidistributororreseller.
Installation environment
