 Select the Switching:Rate Limiter dialog.
 "Ingress Limiter (kbit/s)" allows you to enable or disable
the ingress limiter function for all ports and
to select the ingress limitation on all ports (either broadcast packets
only or broadcast packets and Multicast packets).
 "Egress Limiter (Pkt/s)" allows you to enable or disable the egress
limiter function for broadcasts on all ports.
