Adjusting the gear shift mechanism
(1) Neutral
(2) High
(3) Low
(4) Reverse
(5) Select lever shift rod
(6) Shift control cable
Note:
Before shifting, you must stop the
vehicle and take your foot off the
accelerator pedal.
Otherwise, the transmission may be
damaged.
Make sure the select lever is in the neutral
position.
Loosen the lock nuts on the ends of the
shift rod (1) and make adjustments to the
rod (2) to achieve smooth and correct
shifting.
Tighten the lock nuts (1).
