(1) Overview
● Used when month is printed, indicating use of 3 alphabet characters.
● Entries are to be made from the calendar/count keyboard.
● Linked with calendar considering offset.
● If month is to be printed in languages other than English, it will be defined on the
"Substitution rule setup" screen for month with 3 alphabet characters.
