Select from: On or Off .

4. Touc h ◄ or ► to adjust the
volume.
During voice guidance, rotate
VOL to adjust the volume.
5. Touc h Back to return to the
previous screen.
Map appearance
Change the appearance of the map
on the screen.
1. Press NAV.
2. Touch the Nav config tab.
3. Touc h Map appearance
‐ Map facing: Either Heading
up or North up.
‐ Map view: Either 2D or 3D
(not selectable in North
Up view).
‐ Brightness mode: Either Day,
Night or Auto.

4. Touc h Back to save the settings
and return to the previous
screen.
Automatic zoom
Automatically zoom in on the
approaching manoeuvre point, to
view in detail.
1. Press NAV.
2. Touch the Nav config tab.
3. Touc h Auto zoom.
4. Touch either On or Of f.
The option selected is indicated
by
V.
5. Touc h Back to save the settings
and return to the previous
screen.
Restore factory settings
With this option, all navigation
favourites will be erased.
1. Press NAV.
2. Touch the Nav config tab.
3. Touc h Restore factory settings.
4. Touc h OK ifyouwanttorestore
the factory settings or touch
Cancel to exit wi thout restorin g
the factory settings.
Viewing GPS status
Look up the status and accuracy of
the GPS signal.
1. Fix:
‐ Searching: The system is
searching for satellites.
‐ Tracking: The system finds
less than three satellites and
starts to evaluate the signal
quality of the satellites found.
‐ 2D Fix: There are a minimum
of three available satellites to
calculate the position.
‐ 3D Fix: There are at least f our
available satellites with good
signal quality.
