restart
operation

stop

indication:
a.
Determine
the
cause
of
the
FORMS
indication
and
make
the
necessary
corrections.
This
indication
is
caused
by
an
interlock
condition
in
the
paper-feed
mechanism
resulting
from
paper
supply
depletion
or
skewing
of
the
form
in
the
tractors.
Tearing
of
the
form
in
the
tractors
or
improper
loading
may
also
cause
an
interlock
condition,
thus
yielding
a
FORMS
indication.

Depress
the
TYPE
ROLL
ON
button
on
the
ITlain
control
panel
of
the
printer.
c.
Perform
a
normal
head-of-form
alignment
procedure
(see
below).
d.
Depress
the
START
button
on
the
main
control
panel
of
the
printer.
