instruction

read/write
channel
one
(with
interlock)

generated.
The
peripheral
control
is
designated
by
the
low-
order
six
bits
of
the
ITleITlory
local
register.
If
a
tape
control
is
designated
by
the
ITleITlory
local
register
bits,
the
tape
drive
addressed
as
logical
zero
is
read.
3.
The
console
carriage
is
returned.
4.
The
punctuation
bits
of
each
ITleITlory
location
loaded
during
the
bootstrap
operation
are
autoITlatically
cleared
to
zeros.
5.
A
bootstrap
operation
is
not
terITlinated
by
a
record
ITlark
in
ITleITlory;
instead,
the
inforITlation
flow
is
terITlinated
by
the
appropriate
peripheral
control.
