To display the Hottab interface, press the button or double-tap on the Home
screen. The Hottab interface displays on the right side of the Home screen.
Shortcuts
The Shortcuts menu allows you to configure up to 8 quick access tabs that can be
mapped to any executable files (.exe) installed on the tablet.
To store a new shortcut:
1. Press the button or double-tap on the Home screen to launch Hottab.
2. Tap
Shortcut.
3. Tap next to an empty slot.
4. Browse to the desired application and select it.
5. Cick Open to save the shortcut.
Use Shortcuts
1. Press the button or double-tap on the Home screen to launch Hottab.
2. Tap
Shortcut.
3. Tap the shortcut.
Remove Shortcuts
1. Press the button or double-tap on the Home screen to launch Hottab.
2. Tap
Shortcut.
3. Tap next to of any saved shortcut slot.
The shortcut is removed, and that slot displays as empty.
Icon Description
Configure short cuts to quickly access programs (see next section).
Take a picture, record a video, or adjust camera settings (see page 19).
Enable/disable hardware functions such as Wi-Fi, WWAN (3G/4G/LTE), GPS,
Bluetooth, camera, LED indicators, barcode reader, RFID reader, and GPS
antenna outing (see Device On/Off on page 19).
Display battery status and device settings such as power management and
function key mapping ().
