MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE
RT10W
Use this chapter to understand how to update software, perform troubleshooting,
and maintain the RT10W.
Update Drivers and Software
1. Go to www.honeywellaidc.com.
2. Select Resources > Software.
3. Click on the Technical Support Downloads Portal link,
https://hsmftp.honeywell.com.
4. Create an account if you have not already created one. You must log in to
download the software.
5. Install the Honeywell Download Manager tool on your tablet.
6. Navigate to Software > Computer Devices > Vehicle Mounted > RT10W.
7. Select Download next to the desired software zip file.
View Network Adapter Information
The IPConfig app displays, releases, and renews IP parameters for on-board
network adapters. Use IPConfig to view information on the network adapters
including the MAC address, IP address, netmask, gateway, and DHCP settings.
1. Tap .
2. Tap Windows System > Command Prompt.
3. Enter “ipconfig”.
