View Software and Hardware Information
1. Press the Menu button or double-tap .
2. Tap Setting. The following information displays:
• BIOS version
• EC Version
• Hottab Version
• OS Version
• Serial Number
• Model Name
Software
The software loaded on the RT10W computer includes:
• Microsoft operating system (Windows 10)
• Device drivers
• Honeywell software
The software installed on the RT10W is summarized below.
Note: Due to the complex folder structure and System Registry under Microsoft Windows,
software should not be removed manually. Instead use the Windows Control Panel.
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Windows is installed in the \Windows subfolder, which is the Windows
default. In addition, Windows places files in other folders and subfolders during
installation. For more information, please refer to commercially available Microsoft
Windows OS user guides.
Device Drivers
Device drivers are installed for all installed hardware options, such as the display,
touch screen, radios, etc. For more information on Microsoft Windows device
drivers, please refer to commercially available Windows OS reference guides. For
information on updating Honeywell drivers, see page 53
