HP 5334B - 5-16. CHANNEL A SENSITIVITY OFFSET ADJUSTMENT

Procedure:
1. Allow the ovenized oscillator a 24-hour warm-up period prior to performing this adjustment. The crystal os-
cillator oven is operating whenever the instrument is connected to its power source.
2. Set the oscilloscope as follows:

Set the 5334B as follows:

4. Connect the 10 MHz Frequency Standard to the oscilloscope External Trigger input.
5. Connect the TIME BASE output to the oscilloscope
channel A input.

Adjust the "FREQ ADJ" pot on the Option 010 Oven Oscillator until the scope pattern does not move
sideways more than
1 division in 10 seconds.

Set the oscilloscope as follows:

Connect the 5334~ TIME BASE output to the oscilloscope channel A input.

Verify that the signal is greater than 1.4V p-p.
