The mains input is normal.

Batteries are properly connected.

Batteries are not in the equalized charging state.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the WebUI.
Step 2 On the Monitoring > Control > System Commands and Tests page, click Start next to
Forced equalized charging to start a forced equalized charging test.

Click Stop next to Forced equalized charging in any of the following cases:

The forced equalized charging test duration reaches the forced equalized charging protection time
(12–24 h, 18 h by default).

The UPS generates a battery overtemperature, overvoltage, or overcurrent alarm.

An alarm is generated.

5.6.2 Shallow Discharge Test
Before conducting a shallow discharge test, check whether the requirements of a shallow
discharge test are met. If the requirements are met, the button for starting a shallow discharge
test is available. Otherwise, the button is unavailable.
Before a shallow discharge test, ensure that:
