Coverage Map
The Inmarsat BGAN service is operated via 4 satellites with
global coverage shown below.
Operation in the MEAS footprint
I-4 MEAS has a cutout area in its
coverage over China and nearby parts of
Asia. In this area, I-4 Asia Pacific
(APAC) must be used even if MEAS is
closer. For best operation in this area
configure the UT to use only APAC
from the General Setup page (26).
