6.3.3 Size Adjustment
▪ Size Adjustment values are very closely related to the size of the edged lens.
▪ These values are used to compensate lens size when the tolerance of the edged
lens size was too big because of worn out of edging wheel.
▪ Location : Engineer Mode Adjustment Size Adjustment
• Test Pattern
- Use the internal Square(40mm x 40mm) and Circle(Ø 50).
• Test Cases
- Use all kinds of materials such as Plastic, PC, Hi-Index, Glass. Trivex® .
- Execute the beveled process and the rimless process for all above kinds of
material.
- Check the adjustment amount for roughing and polishing respectively.
• Adjustment
- Change the value within the tolerance
0.1mm.
- Remember that the adjusted values are applied in radius.
