6.3.7 Safety Beveling Adjustment
▪ Location : Engineer Mode Adjustment Safety Beveling Adjustment
• Test Pattern
- Execute the circle pattern (Ø 50) with the beveled position 50%.
- Execute the circle pattern (Ø 50) without the beveling.
- Apply the safety beveling.
• Test Cases
- Execute above two kinds of processes for each of materials including plastic,
PC, Hi-index lens and Trivex® .
- Apply the front and rear safety beveling to all cases.
• Adjustment
- Change the value within the tolerance
0.1mm.
- Follow next instructions to correct the incorrect safety beveling.
