Beforedoinganyworkonachillercoveredunderwarranty,callDimplexThermalSolutions(DTS)andexplainthe
problemtooneofourservicetechnicianswhocanthendeterminethebestcourseofaction.DTSwillnotbe
obligatedtopayforwarrantyserviceperformedwithoutourpriorapproval.
PleaseNote:Itisth
eservicecontractor’sresponsibilitytoencloseaservicereport/workorderwitheach
invoice.Unlesspre‐authorizedforspecialcircumstances,DTSwillnothonorinvoicesforworkdonebytwoor
morepeopleatatime,orforovertimelaborcharges.Ifthecustomerrequestsworkthatfallsintoei
therof
thesecategories,thecustomerisresponsiblefortheextrachargesincurred.
WarrantyParts
AllreplacementpartsunderwarrantymustcomefromDimplexThermalSolutions.WhenitisnecessaryforDTS
toreplacepartswhichareunderwarranty,wewillissueaReturnedGoodsAuthorization(RGA)forallpartswe
wishtohaveshippedbacktoourfactory,freightprepaid.RGAsarevalidforaperiodofth
irty(30)days.IfDTS
hasnotreceivedtherequestedpartsbytheexpirationdate,thecustomerwillbeinvoicedforthereplacement
costatthattime.
PleaseNote:WhileDTSiswillingtopayfreightchargesonewayforreplacementparts,specialfreightcharges,
suchasnextdayservice,Sat
urdaydelivery,etc.,arenotincluded.Ifthecustomerrequestsoneofthesespecial
services,theyareresponsibleforthechargesincurred.
PleasenoteDTSstandardwarrantytermscanchangeandbeupdatedatanytime.Pleaseviewourwebsitefor
themostrecentversion.
