HelpWare services are available 24 hours a day, 365 
days a year (response times may vary).

In the United States and Puerto Rico, call  1-919-517-
2800.
•
In Canada, call 1-800-565-3344 (excluding holidays).
•
In all other countries, contact your IBM reseller or 
IBM marketing representative for telephone 
numbers, services and hours of operation.
The support representative can also fax or mail 
additional technical or product information to you, such 
as:
•
sales information
•
product brochures
•
locations of IBM resellers
•
services available through IBM
If you need help with a specific program or if you need 
help after your warranty has ended, these services are 
available for a fee. For more information about additional

Purchasing additional HelpWare services
During and after the warranty period for your computer, 
you can purchase additional HelpWare services. Our 
Enhanced PC Support service includes assistance with 
the following items:

assistance with installing, configuring, and using 
selected software applications
