The controllers have several CAN interfaces depending on the hardware structure. In principle, all
interfaces can be used with the following functions independently of each other:
 RAW-CAN (→ page 82) protocol: CAN on layer 2
 CANo
pen (→ page 143) protocol: a protocol to CiA 301/401 for master/slave operation

ia CoDeSys)
 CAN network variables (via CoDeSys)
 Protocol SAE J1939 (→ page 113) (for engine management)

Bus load detection
 Error frame counter
 Download interface
 100 % bus load without package loss
