When troubleshooting calibration issues, please remember that McFarland standards can vary between batches and
suppliers. This variability can affect the accuracy of your measurements. For best results, it may be necessary to
gently invert the standards before use to ensure they are well-mixed. Additionally, consider creating a new calibration
curve using your own standards, as they may differ from the default curve and could expire over time.
