Adjust the distance between the printhead and the printing surface. * The character height or width may be set incorrectly. Reset the character height and width. * The breakpoint shape might be wrong. Observe and adjust the breakpoint. * Ink may have deposited on the gutter pipe. Clean the gutter pipe and adjust the ink position in the gutter. * The print may vary in width and height. Redetermine the printing position or select the rotary encoder.
