  Poor character quality or incomplete characters during printing with your InkJet Printer can occur for several reasons: * The printhead may be too far from the product. Adjust the distance between the printhead and the printing surface. * The character height or width may be set incorrectly. Reset the character height and width. * The breakpoint shape might be wrong. Observe and adjust the breakpoint. * Ink may have deposited on the gutter pipe. Clean the gutter pipe and adjust the ink position in the gutter. * The print may vary in width and height. Redetermine the printing position or select the rotary encoder.

  If the printer is printing unclearly without any failure prompts, it could be due to an error in print width or an incorrect print position on the product; adjust the print width or printing delay.
