1. Perform inspection before power‑on.
Check the installation and wiring according to the installation guide. For detailed
inspection, see the description of check operations before power‑on in the
MD520
Series General‑Purpose AC Drive Installation Guide
.
2. Press the power switch to power on the AC drive.
3. Check that "ry" is displayed in the secondary display area, and "50.00" is displayed
on the operating panel, which indicates successful power‑on.
4. Set FP‑01 to 001 and restore all parameters to default values. The operation exam‑
ple is shown in the following figure.
5. Check the value of F7‑10, which indicates the software version.
