Finally the booth floor looks like this.
3.2 Booth Wall Assembly:
Set step ladder in booth floor. Ensure that you have all the tools required for installation included booth wall
screws and Phillips screwdriver.
Caution: These booth panels are lightweight and can be damaged easily. Hence each wall
panel should be always handled with two people. Do not stand on the panels inside the crate as
this can break the panels. The Door Panel can come open and break, so carry the door in a way
it doesn’t open. If a cart is used for transporting panels, make sure the panels are protected by
pads
One person should stand on the ladder and hold the door (panel #1) in place.
Set panel #2 in place on the right side of panel #1, locking walls together. You may need to put a ½” /
1.27 cm high block shim under panel #1 wall to get panel #2 to lock in place (the two panels ends should be
level at the top). Insert one of the marked wall screws into existing screw hole in top at 45 degree angle and
the panel levels can be adjusted using shims (Figure 4 and Figure 5)
