Malfunction Possible Cause Correcting Action
You have an account for an
ISDN connection at 128kbps
but you do not have a
satisfactory data transfer rate.
The second
B-channel is not
working.
ISP fails to provide
greater rates of data
transfer, or the ISP
lines are busy.
• Be sure that you have given
the atb0 command on
netMod.
• Try not to be connected to
the ISP during the busy
hours.
• Be sure that the information
you want to download
demands the use of the
second B-channel.
Your connection is
interrupted frequently.
• Check the cable of your data
connection.
• ISP interrupts the connection
due to inactivity.
• Check your Internet browser
settings.
• You have exceeded the daily
access time limit.
