MessageNumber
A 4 digit Hex number. Every UDP Message increase this number. it starts from
0 to 0..FFFF and repeat with 0. With every number you can find a lost

EventNumber
Every event gets a event number. This number starts from 0 to 0xFF and
repeat with 0. This number you can detect every lost event.
Pin
The Pin number from which one the event came. Values from 0 to 5.
State
The State: 0=off / 1 = on
