3) Timing Pulley Lower Cover
• Apply the recommended liquid gasket or its equivalent
to the timing pulley lower cover.
• Install the lower cover to the timing pulley housing.
• Use the lower cover guide bolts to prevent the liquid
gasket from running.
2) Timing Pulley Upper Cover
• Install the upper cover to the lower cover and the
pulley housing.
• Tighten the timing pulley cover bolts to the specified
torque a little at a time.
Timing Pulley Cover Bolt Torque N∙m (kg∙m/lb∙ft)

• Remove the lower cover guide pin.
Crankshaft Center Pulley Torque N∙m (kg∙m/lb∙ft)

1) Crankshaft Damper Pulley
• Install the damper pulley and tighten bolts to the
specified torque.
