4.1.3. Registering Timer Programs
By using the maintenance software for personal computers, the timer programs can be registered easily.
1) Maintenance Software
Refer to the Service Manual of JAX-9B for operating the Maintenance Software.
When the Maintenance Software is not used, register the Frequency channels by the operation panel of
JAX-9B.
2) Confirming the registered timer programs
• Confirm the registered timer programs by receiving the registered data from JAX-9B by using the
Maintenance Software.
• Confirm the registered timer programs by printing the registered timer programs list.
Press the [#] + [5] switch on the panel of JAX-9B, the list is printed.
4.2. Changing Display language (to Japanese)
Basically JAX-9B uses alphanumeric characters for labels and data on the LCD. Japanese characters are also
available to JAX-9B. To use Japanese characters, take the following steps:
1) Changing display language on switches
Stick attached Japanese labels on each corresponding switch.
For the locations of each label, see the following figure.
2) Changing the display language on the LCD
Press the [#] + [DIM] switch, turn off power and then turn it back on again.
The display language (Japanese/English) changes after the operation mentioned above.
